Hi Sugardust.
From your list are you actually running GWX? If so in the UZO and attack periscope screens, at the top left you should have a box that says "FLAGGEN" left click and drag this into the middle of the screen for a full list of nations flags and whether they are allied, axis or neutral (with dates). Hope this helps. |
