I have already downloaded, and installed, the previous version, following these instructions:


1. Copy files in the folder ARB WideGui 1920x1080 into the game folder.
2. Copy files in the folder TychoSh3Patch_v3 into the game folder.
3. Run the TychoSh3Patch.bat



What do I need to do in order to properly update this to its newest version?

Just download version 0.3 and copy files in the folder ARB WideGui 1920x1080 into the game folder with replacement. Or you can enable it via JSGME

God job, sir ! Nice changes, especially that TDC on/off switch was badly needed on the uzo/persicope .


Don't forget about that Atack map night filter, please

Okay, thanks, I got your message and downloaded the red filter. Later I'll try to make a day/night change on the Attack Map. If it does not work out then maybe I'll make a slightly darkened permanent filter. And also add a red filter to the Nav Map as an optional mod

Hello Brodaga222,

as you know I am currently rescaling this to 1680x1050 for myself. I made a lot of progress but where do I change the position of the loading screens? Could not find it in the menu_1024_768.ini?

Default Contact/Bearing Lines

Great Mod! The F5 and F6 screens are large, legible and make a huge difference in being able actually use them. My question...I do not notice any contact lines or bearing lines to a target. Has this feature been eliminated in your GUI or simply disabled. If disabled could your tell me how to activate that feature once again?

Did not have gods eye engaged when I reset realism settings. Again, great F5 and F6!

Hi! Thanks! They are displayed if this is activated in the realism settings. And only when the periscope is below.

Hi! What loading screens did you mean?

If you meant data\Menu\Loading then:

1. First make a picture of 1680x1050.
2. Then change the resolution to 1024x768 and paste it for example in Map.tga at the top (see how done I have).

In the game, the picture will be 1680x1050 resolution, but with poor quality. It is difficult to fix this because it is embedded in the game engine code.

If you meant the position of the loading bar:

Thank You for this mod.
Looks ok (the rest) but I noticed on F5 and F6 picture like this (double map).
Any idea?



Installed on Windows 10, 3.0v + 3.1 fix. SHIII Uplay.

Maybe here is the issue?

I am also getting a double image in the map screen (F5)

d3d9 configure file in the main directory. dont forget to make a spare in case of errors.

Default night graduation mark issue

Hi captains
I have tried this mod, it is a great Gui mod but I have some questions everynight in the game, the graduation marks on the Periscope never turn green,they remain black ,only the cross hair line in the center position turns green.Is this normal??

A little help with the installation.

So, I enable ARB WideGui .30 (do I need to install the language pack?) and then 0.31 patch, but in ARB WideGui there is a folder named SH3 commander, this one have to be enable via jgme in SH3 commander, correct?
