Hi Eric!

Well... I worked on this the last weeks and made progress in saving memory, so you can start a career with FHD & Full Interior activated. So I had to delete some things as the new flag animations or the pennants or some trinagle heavy harbour buildings like the factorys.
Unfortunately I thought this would be the big problem but sometimes I get CTD when using type IX interior if I use F7 crew screen or do other things.
Dont know what the problem is... if you want you can test! I quit in testing this for now.

Good luck for this project which is important because it would make wac5 really complete !
It is true that it is rather frustrating to play Full HD without full interior.... while there is but without full HD lol

For those who wish for the operational French bases from 1940 (instead of 1941) in particular
2nd and 7th flotilla.

But keep in mind that in 1940 the French bases served
especially as supply bases. U-Boats did not stay there. French bases were not
enough protected and bunkers were built only from the beginning of 1941...

And I have corrected beginning dates for 12th Flotilla in La Pallice-Bordeaux 10/1942 (instead of 01/1942)
and for 29th Flotilla in Toulon 08/1943 (instead of 07/1944)

Makman94 made that for wac5.0 the flotilla.cfg file was complete and all the dates were good (not only 1944 and 1945)
