XO TDC Dialog not visible

Ok - its working in 7.4.2. I got the 7.5.0 version included when I downloaded the "all in one" file of sobers mods. Not sure what it is in that version that is causing the issue, but I am a happy camper now - I can stop wasting hours troubleshooting and actually spend some time enjoying playing the game.
