I lost my mom today, different hurt, it's been coming on for months now so was expected, but what a void is left. Wasn't even gonna look here today, but checkng email glanced and saw this and wanted to say how truly sorry I am for you.

I lost my first serious love 27 years ago when I was engaged at 20. She was killed in a car wreck. I am blessed with a wonderful wife now and family, but she still has her lil part in my heart. It was my mom that pulled me through that.

It's a terrible pain...again, I am truly sorry

Vendor stay strong and know she will always be with you.

Armistead I know just how you feel, lost my father some time ago under the same circumstances and my mother is 97, although she is going strong right now it is only a matter of time.

My prayers are with you both.

My thoughts are with you, mate. I know it's hard, even when it is expected. Go easy on yourself for the next few weeks - believe it or not, it'll sneak up on you when you least expect it - it did for me after I lost my mother in November.

I wish you the best Vendor, you're a good fellow. I can't imagine the pain of such loss, that's still so young. I hope your OK, as you know, just no words.

Armistead, I can understand your pain. I lost my mother and father at a relatively early age.
