For 4.09 it says Russian edition.
I'm downloading 4.09 beta right now So I need 4.08 as well. A lot of download. I don't have the copy yet though. Edit it seems I was wrong my friend is not getting me IL-2 1946 but the complete edition. There was no 1946 in stock :-( But it's ok I'm eyeing cliffs of Dover which will be released this coming March.
