That's what I was getting at with the "actual URL" thing. The link that's there is to something in what the forum tells me is an Invalid Album, very odd.

Can you see any of last year's medals?

Can you see the medal on Neal's announcement post on the top of the forum page?

Yes, with no problems since they were posted a year ago. As Darkfish pointed out, the image for last year's badge is linked to by a URL that refers to the actual image, like most any other picture posted in the forums:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/images/Subsim-Star.png

This year's badge is linked to by a URL referring to a php page, containing an image in a particular album:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/pict...pictureid=3548

If I click on the link to the "image" I get a blank white browser window. If I try to access the album it's in at

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/album.php?albumid=165

I get a vBulletin Message saying "Invalid Album specified." From my end, it looks like a link to a picture that doesn't exist and/or an album that doesn't exist in the places they are supposed to be. Obviously that's not the case if those links work for some people but not for others.

Nope.

That's why I was hoping someone could post the URL of the image itself, a la last year's badge, because sometimes if I can't see a picture in the forums but go to its URL and view it there, it will be viewable in the forums when I come back to them.

I can see it in your post, or if I paste its URL in my browser... but that's it. If that photobucket URL is not the URL of the image being linked for placement under our avatars, I don't think viewing it from there will help. It might not have helped even if it was.

Can you see this one?: Original

If so, it's definitely the php link causing you issues. Perhaps when/if Neal adds the png as a direct item resource, the problem will correct itself.

P.S BTW, have you tried logging out and in again?

Yes, I can see that one too.

Oh, I have tried logging out and logging in, refreshing pages, closing my browser, cleaning out temp files/cookies, running Disk Cleanup to clear out any and all junk/temp files, looking at the forums while logged out, restarting my computer....

I think that's probably the case.

It accentuates your breastplate quite nicely.
