Blue Max, Dam Buster and my favourite Ace of Aces. All on the C64. I don't recall which was the first one I played.
On the PC I went on with Microprose Dogfights, the original CFS and then Il2 with which I've stuck till this day.

Oh man, how could I forget Ace of Aces.


The C64 and Amiga were great machines, great music and sound effects for it's time!




I also forgot to mention Wings, the WW1 combat flight sim.

@ Ace video

My god what a lousy pilot.
Too bad he didn't show the other features of Ace of Aces like bombing or that you could look left and right and do some engine management (yes, you could over rev the engines...if you were completely stupid...).

Secret Weapons over Normandy was my first flight game on Xbox. I'm not sure that it counted.

Also, Ace Combat series are my favorite.
