Thank you
![]() I have just downloaded FlatSpinMan's Spanish Civil War Campaign. However, I load the first mission and press M for the map, but it has none of the waypoints on. Leaving me guessing where I have to go. Again, any advice? Thanks. |

However, you'll need to restart the campaign to change the realism options, but that shouldn't be a problem if you're only on mission 1

Last question (promise!)
When I fly campaign missions, my Bf109 is in a green camo colour, where as the rest are in a more realistic grey. Anyone know why? |

You can set different skins in the loadout menu for each mission, choose one to your liking or download one off the internets that you like if there is none

Thanks ever so much guys, I fully retract the comment about IL2 being worse than CFS3. IL2 is shining for me now.
After a few sorties in a Fiat and a few patrols in a BF109 over Switzerland i'm really enjoying this sim ![]() Now just to practice the landings without ripping my wheels off... |

OK, after a long wait I've finally got IL-2 1946 installed and played a bit with it last night. I'm downloading patch 4.08 as I type this but here is one more question:
Is there a flight training or flight school mod for this? Or, do you just jump in and fly around to learn? I'm thinking a "flight school" where you could fly a plane without worrying about much more than learning the plane and practicing. Also, beyond patch 4.08 (and Dowley--who was great help on the joystick BTW) is there other "must have" type mods or alterations? Thanks for any tips or tidbits. |

Well, there are those tutorial tracks that I never bothered with, and you can launch a mission in QMB with no enemies so you can just fly around with whatever plane you want, so I suggest just playing around until you get used to it
You don't really need anything but 4.08m, but the mods (*dramatic music*) improve the game a lot

That is an almost mandatory requirement in order to fly with the lolwaffles.

Ripping the wheels off is mandatory, mind you, not knowing how not to rip them off
