Thanks for all the informative replies . I've seen screenshots of RAF and USAF fighters and bombers. Where can I download these and are there campaigns such as the USAF's daylight bombing campaign? Can I create my own missions to do this?

Thanks again, sorry to be a burden.

You will find a few missions here >http://mission4today.com/< and if you look in the stickied hanger section theres a few useful links in there.

Hi guys,

I finally got Il2 1946 today and am much more impressed with it. The greater choice of planes is what I wanted.

The only thing that's annoying is that I don't have the basics down.

I don't know how to hold a constant speed or altitude.

Any help please?

Thanks!

Obviously, if you want to keep constant speed, you keep your throttle same. As for altitude, check the controls for elevator trim buttons.

Yes, set keys for the different controls, like pitch.

Thank you .

I have just downloaded FlatSpinMan's Spanish Civil War Campaign.

However, I load the first mission and press M for the map, but it has none of the waypoints on. Leaving me guessing where I have to go.

Again, any advice?

Thanks.
