Depends if we take off together. Much easier for the leader to slow down abit if we take off as a group instead of us trying to form up while the leader is constantly turning.

Leader should only worry about keeping his altitude and throttle fixed (or notify the others if there is a change). The rest can catch the leader on 100% throttle, no need for the leader to slow down. Infact it just makes it more difficult for the rest to match the speed with him.

Ow, I can host the BoB map tonight at the usual time if the Spit guys want get the training done today, if all goes well, we can move on to the group attack stuff tomorrow (or whatever Hunter had in mind). Just a quick 2-3 run session, take off, fly to a spot and return to base, repeat.
