Spy planes in crackdown on yobs

What's the point of it half the time they get off scot free and if they do go to prison they will have all those nice things to look forward too.

yup we have to call them SIR now...they are re-inventing the class system and placing violent brain dead thugs at the top....er sorry i mean the "moraly challenged":rotfl:

mind you i find the prospect of not only talking lamposts but allso flying remote controlled spy-planes circling the streets absolutely fascinating...it realy is a scene from a sci fi novel..

add in that comment from tony blair regarding the problem being addresed whilst the potentail yob is in the womb...and it gives plenty of scope for extrapolation....more paranoia...in order to get the public to accept the introduction of genetic screening for behavioural traits..or in fact the first inklings of state sponsered and controlled "designer babys" we need an equally deliberately engineered crisis to make the idea appear to be the soloution.....don't laugh you know they're thinking about how to use the technology as and when it may become available..
