My First Port Infiltration
3rd Patrol, 1st Infiltration. Scapa Flow. Preceeding in during the early morning hours in silent mode. Snuck up close to a Class "C" Destroyer, and a Troop Transport. The only ships currently in harbor. Sent two fish into the Transport, and one into the Destroyer. The Transport sunk immediatly, but the Destroyer took awhile. While I was slowly sneaking back out I got reports that it soon succumbed to the depths.
 Class "C" meets the bottom of Scapa Flow.  Eerie side shot.  Full length of the sunken ship.  The remains of the Transport.  Sailing to, or back from the attack. |
