Can't find PDF version of Wazoo's Manual Plot Tutorial

I have been looking at the excellent tutorial at this site:

At the bottom of it is a link to a PDF version produced by Ekko. Unfortunately when I click the link it seems to be broken or goes to a Wanadoo site. Where can I download a PDF version of this manual? I would very much like to improve my techniques and it would be easier if I could print this off in PDF format and refer to it whilst in-game.

Also are there any training missions or tutorial missions that have been created by people?
