Water sound outside!!!

Hi,

Can't hear water sound on the bridge of the sub like It can be heard on the FFG.
Is this a bug?

wouldnt know dont tend to surface to much

My guess is the designer somehow set it up so crew would be on the bridge all the time on the FFG and the water sound would be part of the bridge environment, and while the sub surfaces I doubt it they made the effort to make sounds for surfaced subs. You don't here water sounds and engine noise submerged.
