Greetings TLAM,
I have been playing your Akula ASW for SCXIIC for practice. I noticed that the mission has a problem identical to one which I encountered when designing a similar dynamic group practice mission. (I am not sure if the same holds for DW or not, but thought I would mention it here.) If the probability for dynamic group objects are set to 100% or 0%, then they will be simply be created in the order which they appear in the inclusion list up the maximum number of objects. You need to select some probability other than 100% or 0% in order to have various objects randomly included as part of the group. If you try Akula ASW with SHOW TRUTH, you'll see that the same few subs are always generated despite the large number of potential candidates.

When you, for example, have two groups and one of them must appear, there prob have to be 50 %.
When there are four platforms in that group and you want to have only one in the game, max and min must be one, the platforms prob of inclusion have to be set to 25%. 0 % is set when the group or platform has to be created after a trigger fired. |

Hmmm I never noticed that untill you mentioned that. I'll make sure to change the random % the next time I do something like that mission.

Marksot and Fish are absolutly right
And there is a problem about this => not with units, where you can choose the prob of inclusion, but with triggers, where you can't. If you put 4 triggers in a dynamic group set to 0, and you create the group during the game, this is always the first trigger of the list that will be choosen ... |
