mod for the periscope sights degree

hi...where do i find the mod that change the periscopes numbers in the top..i dont like that here are only marking for ever 5 degres. i did download the tutorials for manual targiting and i saw that he had marking for ever degre on his scope. so where do i get that mod?

Thanks all for the anwer and the solution for my problem. Now i realy can learn the manual torpedo shoot...and..i have try the tutorial a cuople of times now...DAM...this do realy level the game up to a level that i realy realy realy...LIKE!!....by the way..sorry for my bad english.
