Multiplayer and mods

If you want to play multiplayer then you cannot have any mods that chge any config files, as the game will either crash or you will be kicked from server. The best thing to do is do a clean install then copy the sh3 folder to another drive or directory and create a shortcut to the new exe. The copy can then be modded and wont affect online game, the original install can then be used just for online. Graphic mods like clouds ,wake etc dont seem to cause an issue but you cant run with rub. I am pretty sure that some players are gettimg kicked because of high pings but there dosnt seem to be a way to display players when game is running???
