[TEC] Career Start (confused)

Trying to restore Tambor to the career. Currently in TMO can only play it from early war in "The Terrible T " campaign.

I underlined the part that is confusing. I know for Pearl (Flotilla 1), it should be F1Tambor, ? What comes after the comma? I see the "enumeration of ID(s) that point to the submarine upc file. Confused lol.

the integer after the boat type is the number of units available.
functionally, it really has no use...as long as the value is at least one.
