How to remove Recognition Manual listings

Hi there, I was wondering how you remove the listing of a ship from the recognition manual. I already know how to remove the pictures/photos of the ship by deleting the .sil file from each ship's 'sea' folder but the name and stats like mast height, draft etc are still there so there must be another file in each ships folder inside the main sea folder that controls that name listing. If anyone could tell me which one it is would be much appreciated. I want to remove things like small junk, fishing boats etc (basically ships that are too small that I wouldn't fire a torpedo)
