Returning to duty... but where's my sub?

Ahoy sailors...


After years of inactivity, I want to play SH3 again... the last time I played it was in 2007



So, earlier today I took my SH3 DVD and tried to install it on my PC...btw my PC has Windows 10.


Anyway, I couldn't install it and I got this error message:

Error1327.Invalid Drive G:\


What is it, and how do I fix it?
If it can't be fixed, and I have to buy a new SH3, where should I get it from...ubisoft or steam?



I went to Ubisoft site, but read that the SH3 can only be played on Windows XP or Vista, nothing is mentioned Windows 10.
