Scene.dat n00.tga and Clouds

I use to have such nice clouds, but I have recently noticed very few if any clouds at all.


All I did was add RSRDC, manually, so I know I didnt replace any textures or scene.dat


Been diagnosing this for a bit now, and noticed a node in scene.dat that says N00.tga with a reference to a texture N00.tga


No file exists of that name (nor .dds)


I have a full backup in the cloud of the directory since the day it was installed and I still cant find that file. So I am stumped.


Something changed. It wasnt the filters, the files, or scene.,dat but something changed and I cant put my finger on it.


If anyone has any thoughts or if there is a mod with new clouds and scene.dat that I can compare I'd appreciate the hint. Either that or confirming N00.tga exists or not.
