[REL] [B122] Grossdeutcher Rundfunk 1939-1943 Radio mod ADAPTED

Originally a SH5 mod from user Conveen here at Subsim which added great immersion for the radio.

This is a version of his work adapted for UBOAT, it's done in 2 separate files.
One is a collection of about a hundred various German songs and musics of the time period.
The other file is a collection of speeches and various propaganda materials that Conveen assembled. They are sorted through years from 1939 to 1945. Each year is a separate mod, so that you can add them up to your game as time goes by and/or mix them (they won't conflict with each others)

As always, use JSGME

CAUTION: You need to start a whole new sandbox game for the game to be able to recognize and acknowledge the files. They won't work if you use a previous save, even if it is one from B122.

Word of caution: Some users, included me, reported that once you started a new game, installed files will be acknowledged by radio, but if you install some new files later on (like another year of speeches, no matter what the game won't add the new files unless you start another game from scratch. This is puzzling as another UBOAT user on steam reported me that it worked fine for him and he didn't have to start new games for additional files to be taken into account. So it would be nice to have feedback from users here regarding this issue.
