Need advice on Sub game

I am asking from your own experience, especially if you've played a lot of different sub games.

The only one I've played is 688I H/K. I like the way the game works as in I like to do a lot of stuff myself, especially TMA
Of course the graphics are mediocre at best given the time the game was launched. And numerous other things I'm sure you all know about.

So my question is, What Subsim game do you think/recommed I play next?
I have decent computer and graphics Nvidia Ge Force GTX 500 Ti so that's not a concern atm.
