How to scroll Map with tool active?

Hi

After being away for a couple of years I've reinstalled SH5 along with The Wolves of Steel mod.

Fist off, I have to give a big Thanks for this mod. It really simplified getting up and running. Saved a lot of time ... Thank You

I've been watching some YT videos to kind of get up to speed with the workings of the mod and there's one thing that has me a little baffled. No one ever mentions how it's done in the videos they just do it and I've been unable to find it by searching here. I even tried looking in the manual.

My apologies if i'm over looking something very very obvious. :-)

How do you scroll the map while a tool is active?

Any help would be much appreciated.
