Need some help with env. files

Hi all.

I am experimenting with my env. mod and thinking about sharing it when it's done. I'm not noob at moding SH5 but I have a question or two.

Anyone know how to disable star reflections on water at night?
I think there is some env. mod for that but I would like to know what file to edit...if someone know? I have tried in scene.dat but with no luck.
And another one is...I'm having problems at night..stars can be seen trough heavy clouds, if anyone got any idea how to fix that?
