Screen Capture Program

I need help getting a Screen Capture Program to work with Win10. So use to show pictures of the skins I am working on.

Doesn't Ctrl or Shift F11 take screenshots?

If that doesn't work, you can add SH4 as a non steam game in Steam and use the Steam screenshot function.
