SH4 U-BOAT mod?

Is there a mod that will allow a career, patrol or quick mission where I can operate on the US East Coast?

You do have some different options. Your first would be SH3, second would be SH5. Thirdly, with SH4 you would need SH4 (v1.5) and a mod called Operation Monsoon. All three of these option would allow you to patrol the est coast of the US.

I downloaded sh5 but could not get it to start up...some crazy ubisoft stuff.

I'll try SH3.
