Missing Binoculars?
Playing SH3 with GWX - my watch crew hold up their hands as if holding binos but the binos are not there - at first I accepted that this was just a feature of the game but having searched the forum and noted that no one else seems to have raised this. Perhaps it is just my game as installed - is there a fix?
