Iceland flag?

Hi all,

I think Iceland flag is missing in the flag draggable tab...
Many times, i've encountered this kind of flag in OHII, and fortunately at last moment i holded my torps...didn't want to sink neutral ships!

It's a blue flag with red scandinavian cross on it.
Would be useful to add it to the tab some day
