I started a career playing TMO 2.5 "Terrible T" campaign. During mid patrol in December 1943 I was re-based to Pearl Harbor. I arrived there and shut down the game. When I went back in I departed Pearl in January, 1944....or so I thought....however I noticed all the forward refuel/rearm bases were missing.
I checked the game date and it stated July 1, 1942. I exited to main menu, went to "entered port" save....departed and got same thing. I next went to pre-port at sea save, entered Pearl, departed same thing again. I would put it off as just a text bug in the dates, accept for all the forward bases missing, and the Japanese still in control of the Solomon Islands. Operational orders; January 3, 1944..... Depart on; July 1, 1942 ![]() Has anyone played TMO 2.5 from the beginning or the war past January 1944, or more specifically played the "Terrible T" campaign past that date? Could it be a corrupted career, or maybe a TMO "Terrible T" issue?

It sounds like they though you didn't sink enough tonnage and are sending you back to try again.
"BE MORE AGGRESSIVE." As to your question, haven't gotten that far yet. You might try sailing around for a few days, till January, before making port and see if that helps. That has fixed a couple of other strange things. ![]() There seems to be some date issues at work here. Magic

Strange thing is my boat remains the same, I can go back in time with 1944 technology. ![]() EDIT: I refueled at Midway, completed 3 more missions....went back to Pearl....got my operational orders on February 11, 1944............Departure date; July 1, 1942. ![]() Loved the whole idea of having a Tambor for the duration of the war. Guess I'll install RSRDC which overwrites the "Terrible T" campaign and go back to taking the boats I am assigned.

Sounds like a known issue. There was a documentary about such events made a while back. Seems there was a problem involving time travel and Pearl Harbor.
Short answer, avoid any strange weather condition that looks like this: Also, you might want to not install the flux capacitor upgrade in your sub. ![]()

No problem WernherVonTrapp.....any reply is a good reply. I just don't know that much about PC's and was hoping someone would have some answers, with a little guidance I do know how to get into files and make changes.
I was just wondering if it's me and my game, or if anyone else has run into this problem. ![]()
