Default Ufo???

Today i did play sh4 and in the night i did get a radar contact a small convoy the first ship did kill whas a DD and then i did see this who know what it is?

Those are Star Shells (flares) fired by the enemy destroyers.

Talking about ufo's,I was sailing at night off the northern coast of the phillippines mid '42 when i got a radar contact.Upon getting into visual range the map contact stated"what is this".When I observed it thru bin.I saw a white 3 masted sailing ship moving at 8 knts!I'm assuming it was the flying dutchman,anyone else seen it?Running 1.5 and tmo 2.1.

Damn, I thought those were UFO's... I mean...we've got the dang "Flying Dutchman" tooling around with it's very deadly light show. Oh Well.
Star Shells...and they have got that great BOOM sound when they go off.
Just a warning, the game takes the star shells seriously and ramps up the visibility for the DD's so they'll see your periscope real easy.

Hey guys, check out the video that "raoul the dutch" posted.

Someone actually modded a caravel, gave it a gloomy glow, made it's mass zero (the sub tries to ram it and goes rigth through it), anyway, made all the efforts so that you could someday run into a ghost ship.

Curiously enough: it has no mass, but still, it runs up and down with the waves. What a lame ghost.

The Japs took a look as well, didn't bomb it but when they saw me they attacked me. I was only about 4,000 yards away before they saw me.
