Over my limit?? Seriously??

Trying to get back into SH4 and never tried any mods so I thought I would give TMO+RSRD a shot. Downloaded the first big part of TMO last week but ran out of time. I have a small window of time so I downloaded TMO patch at 8megs and tried to download RSRD and its telling me I'm over my limit? 8megs and I'm over my limit? grrrr! I understand bandwith can be a problem for sim sites that are a labor of love and underfunded....but 8megs! Didnt see a mirror for the download so I guess I'm hosed. Looks like I will have to report for duty in one of my flight sims and put off trying to convert to the sea for awhile. Judging by the folks around here, I think the war in the Pacific will be safe without my help for the time being with the skippers around here!
