cant get the bismark mod to work

hi,

im trying to instal the bismark ship mod

i downloaded the generic mod enabler

but the read me folder of the ship says that a should put the files in the Mod folder in the main SH4 directory

but i cant find that folder, i tried to make a new mod folder
i also tried to put the files in the mod folder for the generic mod enabler
and then activating it with the mod enabler

but when i start a new campain, the bismark doesnt show in the list of subs

i have version 1.5

Is JSGME actually inside the Sh4 folder? That's where it needs to be. It should make its own MODS folder at that point. If it doesn't, the one you made should work, if it is spelled correctly.

Is the Bismarck mod in a zipped or compressed file? If it is, you need to unzip it first.

Make sure of those, and we can go from there.
