I am playing FOTRS and was wondering is there a mod that can make the minutes, yards, and knots lines disappear? I use them, but just would like to see more of the navigation map.

The nomograph can be disabled via the menu_1024_768.ini

go there search for "nomograph" and put a ";" in front of each line; i.e.

;[G31 I60]
;Name=Nomograph
;Type....
...
;TexFmt=0x0

Hey I appreciate that tip. It worked fine and I tried it on SH3 as well.
