Trondheim Naval Base

In the Trondheim Naval Base Recon mission--what exactly are we supposed to be photographing -can find nothing to "lock" on to.
Would appreciate some help--thanks

If you use the remove lock mod the "take photo" icon will not show up. Target is usually somewhere along the dock. It's dynamic and changes each time. Tried it several times myself.

Thanks--found I had to wait 2days for the heavy fog and rain to clear before I could take a recce photo
