Speech bubble and yellow body halo

What is the speech bubble for and can sombody possiblly mod these out .they are so unrealalistic to look at . the watchman bubble always seems to be on when I want to take a screen shot. Also the yellow body halo around the crew members when your mouse pointer is on them is so annoying also. I dont need this to be able to interact with the crew. I think we should mod both out if possible. Just wish I knew how!
