Any ideas? Scope filter mod problem.

After reinstalling all my mods and SH 4, having a problem.
The observation scope color filter(to improve low light visibility) will not enable.Downloaded it just as before, enabled it via jsgme, but its not overwriting files, when load up the game, filter doesnt show up in the scope.sucks, one of my favorite mods and its historically accurate.
any ideas what may be wrong?? Thanks in advance.

I'd check the folder structure first.
Happened to me a few times, wasn't really watching what I was doing and ended up with

SH4/MODS/Modname/Modname/Data

instead of

SH4/MODS/Modname/Data

Does that make sense?
