How to build a simple simulator for Orbiter

I found this page where this teacher built a simple simulator for Orbiter in his classroom and he shows you how to build it in the video here. I figured some of you here would be interested. You could use something like this for a flight sim or almost any other vehicle sim as well if you use your imagination.
I showed my wife and she said "No." and something like "I'm not having a thing like that in our house" or something like that.

I would agree. Knowing me, I'd have a stocked mini-fridge and a microwave in there. Bathroom would be an issue though. I don't understand why my wife won't let me have one ! It would keep me out of her hair for days on end.
