Default Hurry up and wait....

Transfering Hi Resolution audio to CD (192kHz-24bit to 44.1kHz-16bit). So I'm waiting for the transfer.... Got The Doors (only crappy 88 kHz for this one only), Fleetwood Mac, and even some Eagles. Hi Resolution i must say is wasted on The Doors. I guess you might say that I have Hi Resolution Low Resolution music when it comes to The Doors!

To give you an idea how big Hi-Res music is, only 'one' track - Hotel California at 192 kHz-24bit, off the Hotel Cali Album, is nearly 500MB alone.... Nearly a whole CD for one song.

Someone entertain me while I wait.

PS. Once again, I have a case right here of justification for a new CPU....

Sorry for trying to be PC about the situation. I keep telling myself that an X2 4400+ with the 2 MB cache is adequate. I know I am wrong, but I am trying to justify this to myself before I take a leap once again..... You know these leaps take money, but honestly, this is a secondary factor. The true factor is the 'time' involved in doing it right, right down to the smallest detail of proper copper cooling....

I can appreaciate that, though for me the only issue right now is money. That and the hassle of geting more Coolabs LiquidPro, after having used this no other TIC will ever come close to my processors.
