MultiSH4 problems

I tried looking for another post on the subject.
Note to moderators, if this post is out of line, feel free to delete it.

I have tried making multiple installs of SH4, seeing as how i hate how time consuming it is to switch between mods every time i want to do a couple of patrols on operation monsun.
problem is, when i try to start a new career, the game brings up a "sh4 has encountered a problem and needs to close" error message. this happens after I put in flotilla information and hit "proceed"
from my understanding this is when the game writes to the save in My Documents, and the game proceeds in giving me a boat and so on.
perhaps i have a corrupted Operation Monsun?
the problem is NOT with the file Multish4 overwrites, i toothbrushed the error message, and no mention of said file is present.
Lurker, maybe you would know whats wrong?
the game works on the other install...
and i have renamed my save folder 3 times without any effect

I have no problem getting multiplayer sh4 running except once im in my sub has no conning tower Its just not there, i got rest of the sub minus the conning tower

Mods in use - Fall of the Rising Sun.

EDIT: Oops my bad i thought you were meaning Multiplayer sh4.

its okay, it was a corrupted OM file
