ever wonderd?
Where the sonar is in a submarine and what it looks like ?
 This is a russian victor I SSN in dry dock after she embarrasingly collided with a merchant ship in the straight of gibratler. We seen the famous photo of her laying along side the heavy repair ship but this is her in dry dock. if you look closely into the ripped open section of the hull you will see the sensative sonar equipment. All pics availible on the net
