Smoke at docks, adding Narwhal & Tench ?

First the smoke at the docks....

For those using Nvidia cards, what setups do you use to get smooth smoke at the docks. If you go in close you see squares and rectangles in the middle of the smoke. Solution is ???

Yes, I know those two boats are part of TM 1.7.6 etc. I would just like to add them so I can use them in missions and it would be nice for campaigns as well. Is there a way to add just those without all the other stuff ????
