Default [REL] Sub Interiors Mod V1.0

Sub Interiors Mod V1.0
by Nauticalwolf

Small re-texture mod for Sub Interiors SH4 v1.4 and previous. (I don't have v1.5 so I cant vouch for its compatability)

More Images: http://gallery.filefront.com/Nauticalwolf/131781/

Simple texture mod that makes the Sub interiors look a little better.

This Mod is a detailed rework of the all sub interior textures for SH4 v1.4 and previous. Main advantage/purpose of the mod was to rework the interiors textures without increasing their size. (keeping in mind fps and non high end gaming rigs).

The mod is available with both normal and low res textures as well as just a normal res version and a low res version.

Please let me know what you think.

Credit/thanks:
Oak_Groove - "SH4 Submarine Instruments Mod" - original concept, base high Res textures.(really high res textures)
Frederick J. Barnett - Desk photos - used some of the desk photos for posters
Captain Cox - "Map table Mod" - some other textures, base strategic map
Ubisoft - SH4 some really weathered sub interior textures
jimimadrid - For sending me a new .dds plugin that helped me get this finished.

Special thanks:

Captain Cox and Dave "LeoVampire" - For all their excellent mods that make the game so enjoyable, and actually inspired me to have a go at modding.

Issues:
Normally none - this is just a re-texture.
Works with Gato Dial fix, should work with any of the "supermods" as I haven't changed the periscopes etc.

For best in sub view please ensure post process filters are on.
Should you not want:
If you use Captain Cox's Map Table Mod this mod will over write the maps on the table. Sorry if you wish to keep his maps just post me, and I can get to work adding the maps to an alternate version; Please note the table textures actually end up on the ammo boxes in the control tower as well, and I think the maps and nav tools look a little silly on the boxes. (please have a look at the "whole" mod fist before going crazy on the forum).

Install: JSGME ready
Manual Install: Extract the archive in a location of your choice and copy textures to /Data/textures/TNormal and /Data/textures/TLowRes

Looks mighty fine!
Definitely would like an alternative, with Cap'n Cox's maps.

Thanks guys,

Bill, I'm currently working on the add on to put the maps back on the table.

However; CAPT Cox's textures are nearly eight times as large so I'll be making it an alternate. Must retexture many, many things....

Will post when complete.

Default Just a quick question.

What mod are you using to be able to see rank insignia on crewmembers uniform?
