Bearing plotter Mod doesn't work

I have downloaded other MOds (Row, and Capn Scurvy's target range update), but can't get this to work. I have it on the right hand side (along w/ the others) of the JSGMe (sp?) tool. Wasn't this mod supposed to have a huge compass placed on the nav map so I don't have to repeatedly click the small one? Any ideas how to make that happen?

I think it only works on the attack map when you are zoomed in.
