Just barely warm, light winds. 77-80 degrees F, sunny. We went down to the marina today, was spot on weather.

And he calls that "just barely warm'! A couple of days ago we had a high of 58, and were singing about it. I would love to see 80 degrees right now.

Of course I would also love to see 80 degrees when it's late summer and 105!:rotfl:

I used to live in Houston and also spent many years in southeast Texas. Temperatures in the 90s for late April are pretty common. Summers are hell with temps of 98+ and 100% humidity, but it cools off to around the low 80s at night. Back then it was just an overgrown cow-town with just under two million in population. Greenspoint Mall used to be right on the edge of town. Past it was nothing but farms, woods, and the Goodyear blimp hangar. Now it's surrounded by dense urban jungle and high-rise office buildings.

San Antonio summers are even worse. It feels like opening the door on a hot oven when you step outside, a physical slap in the face.

I miss my homeland, but I'm more than happy to put up with the snow and chilly climate here since I'm a polar bear at heart.
