OK. I decided I wanted to do a little tweaking of this file to try a couple ideas. I did this a lot with no problems in SH3. But the tweak files for SH4 show up in mini-tweaker quite differently and I haven't been able to make much sense of them (0.7634102E for example). If anyone would enlighten with what I'm doing wrong or scoff at my simple-minded idiocy (while still offering a solution

Forget the tweak file, and the mini tweaker for this sort of thing. Just use the S3D editor, its infinatly better, and much more user friendly.
