Ummm... Divers, standby to exit sub?

With orders to infiltrate Manilla harbour and photograph a carrier group I decided to slink up the west side of the harbour. Proved to be the wrong choice as I embedded myself into a subnet.

Divers equip with bolt cutters and cut us out of here.

Oh by the way, please be careful of that GIANT FREAKING MINE right next to the hull!

Basically, I'm stuck here. Can't surface, can't move forward or back. Any major attempt to do so just shakes the sub to pieces. I play DiD so should we abandon ship and surrender or does anyone know a way to get out of a mess like this?

lol, quite a tight spot you got yourself into there! Have you tried blowing balast? Or do you take a lot of damage when you try to move?

If I give the order to surface it doesn't go anywhere and starts taking more and more damage.

lol, yes as the coning tower has forced its way through you'd think that would do nicely. Unfortunately it results in the screeching roar of steel on steel and further damage.

I'd say it's a bit of a bug, seeing as how you passed halfway through. You're at periscope depth, right?
