Default [Req] What files govern this? Size of the Constellations

as you look at the sky at night through various views there is a
notable difference in the apperance or magnification of the sky
in general if you are using free cam or chase cam then the
stars look normal but if you look at a familiar constellation at
the same moment from the bridge or deckgun then the size
of the constellation appears greatly reduced.
(see pics of orion below)

Q: What files govern the magnificaton level of the player camera
positions on the bridge or at the deckgun?

Q: the larger formations look more correct is there any reason why
I shouldnt make them appear the same size from the submarine
decks? (ie. drastic effect on frame rate for example)

any insight would be appreciated

MM
