as you look at the sky at night through various views there is a
notable difference in the apperance or magnification of the sky in general if you are using free cam or chase cam then the stars look normal but if you look at a familiar constellation at the same moment from the bridge or deckgun then the size of the constellation appears greatly reduced. (see pics of orion below) Q: What files govern the magnificaton level of the player camera positions on the bridge or at the deckgun? Q: the larger formations look more correct is there any reason why I shouldnt make them appear the same size from the submarine decks? (ie. drastic effect on frame rate for example) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() any insight would be appreciated MM |

it depend of the FOV (field of vision) it must be the same in all vievs except the zoom with weapons
