"Jumping" effect (graphic bug)

Hello everyone

I noticed strange "jumping" effect of every moving objects. It looks like game looses frames. I tried fix this problem by reduced settings to minimum, lowered resolution to even 800x600, installed the last drivers but my efforts didn't help

I haven't this problem in other games. Please, if anyone can tell me what's wrong and if I can fix this.

My PC specification:
ASUS K8V7 SE Deluxe
AMD Athlon 64XP 3000
2GB ram
6800GS 512Mb ram on AGP
